What you get for free
Drop in your simulator screenshots, pick a style and see the finished set at the exact sizes App Store Connect expects — all without signing in. A free account downloads 1 screenshot in both required sizes, so you can put a real file in front of App Store Connect before you decide to pay.
Refunds and cancellation
If SatinShot fails to produce a usable set — the export breaks, or App Store Connect refuses the files it produced — write to us and we refund the payment in full.
We do not refund a change of mind. Building and previewing a whole set is free and needs no account, so you can see exactly what you are buying before you pay.
Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time. Access runs to the end of the period you already paid for, and nothing renews after that.

Billing questions
Who charges my card?
Polar, our merchant of record. They take the payment, handle VAT and sales tax for your country, and send you the receipt. Your card details never reach SatinShot — we never show a card form anywhere.
What happens when a release pass runs out?
Nothing is deleted and nothing renews. After 30 days your account goes back to the free tier, and everything you already downloaded stays yours. Buy another pass whenever the next release comes around — the days add on if the current pass is still running.
How do I cancel a subscription?
From the customer portal link in any Polar receipt, or by writing to us. Cancelling stops the renewal; access runs to the end of the period you already paid for.
Is there a free tier?
Yes, and it needs no card. Building, styling and previewing a whole set is free without an account. A free account downloads 1 screenshot in both required sizes — enough to check that the output is what you want before paying for the rest.
Do you offer refunds?
If SatinShot cannot produce a set App Store Connect accepts, we refund in full. We do not refund a change of mind.
