SatinShot

Terms of Service

Last updated 13 September 2026

The short version

Your screenshots stay yours. Building and previewing a set is free. Downloading needs a free account, which covers 1 screenshot in every required size. We run this carefully but make no promises about uptime, and App Store approval is Apple’s call, not ours.

What SatinShot does

SatinShot takes screenshots you already have and renders them inside an iPhone frame on a background with a caption, at the pixel sizes App Store Connect accepts. All of that happens in your browser; we provide the tool, not a service that processes your images.

Your account

You sign in with GitHub, Google, or a one-time link sent to your email. There are no passwords. Keep access to that email account secure — anyone who can read it can sign in as you. One person, one account; do not share it.

You can ask us to delete your account at any time by writing to hello@satinshot.com. We may close an account that is used to abuse the service or to break the law.

Free and paid

Uploading, styling and previewing a full set costs nothing and needs no account. A free account downloads 1 screenshot from your set, in every required size. Paid plans covering the whole set are coming; when they launch, their price and billing terms will be shown before you pay, and nothing you already have will be taken away.

Who owns what

Your screenshots and the sets you make are yours. We claim no rights over them and, since they never reach our server, we could not use them even if we wanted to. Use the exported files however you like, commercially included.

The site itself — its code, design, text and name — belongs to us. You may not copy it wholesale or resell SatinShot as your own product.

You are responsible for having the right to use the images you upload.

What we do not promise

SatinShot is provided as is. We keep the exported sizes in step with Apple’s published specification and re-check them, but we cannot guarantee that App Store Connect will accept any particular upload — review decisions are Apple’s, and their requirements change. We also do not promise uninterrupted availability; this runs on a single server and may be down for maintenance.

To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, including a delayed or rejected app release. Nothing here limits liability that cannot legally be limited.

SatinShot is not affiliated with, endorsed by, or sponsored by Apple Inc. “App Store”, “App Store Connect” and “iPhone” are trademarks of Apple Inc., used here only to describe what the tool produces.

Changes

We may update these terms as the product grows. Material changes will be emailed to account holders before they take effect. Continuing to use SatinShot after that means you accept the new version.
